i was completely appalled by the lackluster service—housekeeping only came at 4pm! also, the rude kitchen staff acted like they were doing us a favor by serving food. as a frequent traveler, i naturally expected an upgrade, but i guess that was too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Luxurious hotel, convenient location, with a beautifully designed room that featured a comfortable bed and a clean bath, along with 24-hour reception service and a fitness center to unwind after exploring the city, just 600 meters from Liberty Square.

Management could improve response times to maintenance requests!!! Elevators had limited capacity during peak hours, forcing long waits!!! Room decor felt outdated and needs refreshing!!! Noise from the street made it hard to relax!!!

Had a fantastic time here! The room was super comfy, and waking up to the amazing breakfast every morning was a highlight for sure. The staff were really friendly and helped us find local spots to check out too. Only thing was the bar area could get a bit crowded in the evenings.

Our mornings began with the delightful breakfast buffet while listening to live music, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The river views from our balcony were a breathtaking bonus.

However, we found the gym too small for a proper workout and the loud traffic noise from the streets outside made it difficult to relax on the terrace during the day.

The location is ideal for exploring Tbilisi, with many attractions nearby, and the breakfast offers a delightful variety. However, there were issues with room assignments and some staff seemed untrained, which detracted from the overall experience.
